Responsibilities Posting and monitoring incoming customer payments based on bank account statements in the SAP system Reconciling and maintaining bank accounts and ensuring proper account management Carrying out dunning procedures and monitoring outstanding receivables Preparing and executing direct debit collections for customers with a SEPA direct debit mandate Monitoring and managing credit limits as well as conducting credit checks Ongoing analysis and monitoring of customer liquidity to minimize default risks Reviewing, coding, and posting cash transactions Reviewing, coding, and posting credit card statements Central point of contact for our boutiques regarding all accounting‑related matters Providing backup support for accounts payable during vacation and absence periods Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Preparing and submitting monthly Intrastat reports Preparing EC Sales Lists for intra‑Community transactions Profile Solid SAP knowledge is required.

You have a strong affinity for numbers and are confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel. You have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Absolute trustworthiness, a high level of commitment, and a structured, efficient, and independent way of working come naturally to you. Ideally, you have already gained some initial professional experience in finance or accounting and have a strong interest in accounting processes and interrelationships.
